At Baine Angus, we strive to provide our customers the highest possible value. The term 'Cutability' describes the proportion of palatable meat produced by an animal. A more highly muscled, leaner animal produces a higher proportion of palatable product. Angus Cattle produced on our ranch are managed for optimal cutability. Our angus cattle can be expected to yield up to 50% live weight take home meat.

We maintain a herd of approximately 200 head of commercial angus cattle on nearly 4000 acres of ranch land, reducing stress and providing fresh air and ample exercise.

The packaged product is crafted by an experienced, local butcher. It is not mass produced. It is carefully aged and hand trimmed. Packaged cuts are designed specifically to fit the needs and size of your family.
